Daly News

Well for those of you that don't know Cooper spent last night in Tweed Hospital. He had another feveral convulsion yesterday afternoon while we were at Aldi. Poor dad was getting him out of the car when it happened but dad kept his cool and once we had Cooper lying in the boot in the recovery position he ran inside to get help. I called 000 but they hang up on me so a nurse that was doing her shopping told me to put him in his seat and get dad to drive to the hospital while I sat in the back of the car to keep an eye on him. Can you believe we got every red light on the way. Anyway they put him on a drip and took blood to run tests. All of the test came back clear so we still have no idea why he has a fever. It was a bit strange going up to the kids ward because the put Cooper in the same room where Cohen was. I now hate this room and Im starting to dislike the number 8 as that is the room number. Cooper is home now and you would not even know that he was sick. He has a very red arm for the needle for the drip but apart from that he is completely fine.

I think the hardest thing was that I had my first night away from Cohen, because Michael was in Sydney Dad and Saxon had to look after Cohen for me. Thank goodness I had bought formula for him on Wednesday.

Dad did a fantastic job looking after Cohen and I could not have coped without him. Both of the boys are going to miss him and Saxon heaps when we go next week.

On a brighter note Michael came home tonight and is not going anywhere overnight without us again. Michaels Mum is coming up on Monday and we are all taking the boys to Seaworld on Tuesday, then Michael's mum will drive back down with us.

Thats it for now

Love and miss you all

Fun weekend

Well we had a fun filled weekend, Saxon came to stay on Friday night and ended up helping me out heaps with Cooper. Cooper has not been sleeping well and is waking up at all hours screaming the house down. Saxon was a great help calming him down.
On Saturday morning we had a breaky and then we went to toyworld, my little thank you to Sax for his help. We then went to pick Michael up from the airport and Sacon decided to stay another night which was fine by us, we love having him around and Cooper thinks he is fantastic.

On Sunday we had pancakes for breakie and chated to mum and David on skype. We then headed upto Pacific Fair. Poppy was not feeling well so we popped into see him on the way. The doctor came to visit him while we were out and told him he has a chest infection.

All three boys got spoilt while we were out, of course we had to go to toys r us. Cooper was climbing in all of the motorised cars and got very upset when it was time to go. He is such a boy.

Anyway here are a few pics of the boys from the weekend.

Michael headed back to Sydney today, so another four days by myself with 2 very unhappy boys. They both miss Michael heaps when he goes and it is very hard to make them happy. Oh well hopefully this will be his last trip down. It would be nice to have him here for a week or so before we move.

Oh yeah I have a video of Cohen chatting so here it is for you all to see.

PACKING UP

Well the packing has began and it is just so much fun with Cooper around to unpack for me. I think I may have worked out a way to keep him happy while I pack.

but after I packed a few boxes we ran into another problem.

I have now moved Coopers Cot into our room and the boxes are in his room where I can close the door.

Dramas in Sydney

Well we were having a great time in Sydney apart from being stuck in the hotel for a few days because of the rain and Michael working. He has been busy since he got the bus which is good.

Our drama started on Thursday morning when Cooper rolled over in our bed and his cheek touch mine and it woke me up because he was so hot. Michael quickly woke up and as we got him out of bed he started to throw up all over him, we popped him in a shower to get his temp down as I had no drugs to give him. He continued to throw up in the shower so we got him out and rushed down to the chemist to get drug and a thermometer he was only 37.1 so nothing to really worry about. Gave him neurophen which he threw up so then I tried panadol also a no go. He was still burning up so I took him to the medical centre, they told me he had tonsilitis. They said just keep giving him fluid and make sure he keeps having wet nappies. So I took him home and got him to got to sleep and while sitting on our bed next to him feeding Cohen, Cooper started to kick me, I turned around and looked at him and to my total horror he was having a convulsion. As you can imagine I freaked out being on my own I grabbed him and my mobile and called 000 while turning on the shower. 000 was taking to long to answer so I ran into the hallway and called out for help. a guy walking up the hallway grabbed Cooper when I told him what had was happening, 000 had then answered and dispatched the Police and an ambulance. The guy from the hotel laid him on the bed in the recovery position and put a wet tea towel on him. I called Michael as soon as I got off the phone from emergancies services.

Michael arrived back to the hotel, there were 4police cars out the front and an Ambulance had just arrived. The checked Cooper out and then said that they would have to take him to Mona Vale Hospital. I got to ride in the Ambulance with him( yeah another ride in a Ambulance with one of my boys).

Anyway he said he had a feveral convulsion. They kept him in overnight and in the morning the doctor saw him and said that yes it was tonsilitist. We got to go home as his temp had gone back to normal. So he is out and we are dealing with him being sick.

I now think Cohen is getting sick so lucky me.

I spent today looking at rental properties, what fun.

Anyway got to go will blog again soon.

love you all Leash

P.S. Thanks to everyone for thier support over the past few days
